Will this work on my ram 1500?

Yes this will work on 2011-2019 (classic) rams with the 44-44 transfercase.
What does this switch do?

This switch activates the clutches in your transfercases allowing fot you to have full time 4x4 on demand.
Will my truck still function as factory?

Yes, everything will function as normal until the switch is activated.
How hard is this to install?

No, it is 15-30 minutes to install. You will need to drill a 3/8 hole to mount the switch.
Can I use this without the dealership knowing?

Yes you can. The switch does not leave a foot print like a tuner would. the switch is not detectable unless the dealer sees it plugged into the 4x4 module.
Can I swap this to another vehicle?

Yes, you can remove this from your current truck and put it into another easily. Just ensure it is a ram with the 44-44 transfercase from years 2011-2019 (classic)
